it'll be reyt: mental health, life & general drama of two Yorkshire lasses (Strengths and the Environment with Hollie)
In this episode, myself and my friend Hollie discuss how the environment impacts our mental health, the positives and the negatives. I talk about my love for nature photography, but also talk for the first time about my OCD, and how the pressure put on the ordinary person can develop into compulsions and misplaced guilt.
